Registering at 13 PH means you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms as legally binding. These Terms are written in English as the official language for 13 PH. In the event of any conflict between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail. The version published on this page supersedes all previous versions of the 13 PH Terms and Conditions.

13 PH reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Typically, identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is required before a player's first withdrawal. To register at 13 PH, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to personal details must be updated promptly by contacting 13 PH support.
Your account username and password are confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 13 PH support immediately. 13 PH will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.
All information provided during registration and subsequently must be true and accurate. 13 PH reserves the right to close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information is identified. Withdrawals will not be processed to names or payment accounts that do not match the verified identity on file.
Security Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your 13 PH account settings for added protection. Never respond to unsolicited messages claiming to be from 13 PH staff asking for your password — our team will never request your password.
All bets placed at 13 PH are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. 13 PH does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except where expressly permitted under specific product rules (such as certain in-play cash-out scenarios where available).
All odds at 13 PH are displayed in decimal format by default. Payouts are calculated as: Stake × Decimal Odds = Total Return. All amounts are in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). The odds available at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent odds movements do not affect already-confirmed bets.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all pre-event bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after starting, 13 PH applies sport-specific settlement rules. For football matches, bets are settled if 90 minutes of play has been completed; otherwise stakes are voided and returned. For PBA games, full regulation time must be completed for bets to stand unless specific market rules state otherwise. Virtual sports bets are settled immediately on completion of the event simulation.
13 PH reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — for example, odds that were clearly mispriced due to a technical fault or data feed error. Where an obvious error is identified, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 13 PH will notify affected players promptly.
Minimum bet amounts at 13 PH start at ₱10 for virtual sports and ₱20 for real sports markets. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event. 13 PH reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion, and to reduce maximum bet limits on any market at any time without prior notice.

New 13 PH members who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match welcome bonus up to ₱5,000. The bonus will be credited to your account within 24 hours of your qualifying deposit clearing. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be combined with other new member promotional offers.
All bonus funds at 13 PH are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, rollover multiples, eligible games, minimum odds thresholds, and time limits applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms page at the time of the offer. As a general rule, sports betting bonuses must be rolled over on bets with odds of 1.70 or higher; casino game contributions to wagering vary by title. It is your responsibility to read the specific bonus terms before activating any offer.
13 PH reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Players found abusing bonus terms will have their accounts reviewed and may be subject to permanent closure.
13 PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn if demand exceeds the promotional budget. Once you have activated a bonus and received the funds, the bonus terms in effect at activation apply for the duration of that bonus period.
Tip for Filipino Players: Always check the wagering requirement and minimum odds before accepting any 13 PH bonus. A bonus with a lower rollover requirement and achievable minimum odds is almost always more player-friendly than a larger bonus with strict terms.
13 PH processes all transactions in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank via InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Additional payment options may be available and will be displayed at the cashier section of your account.
The minimum deposit at 13 PH is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Deposits are credited to your 13 PH wallet in real time for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to clear. 13 PH does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests at 13 PH are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya under normal operating conditions. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Players with dormant accounts should contact support to reactivate their account and reclaim any remaining balance. 13 PH will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity fees.
The following actions are strictly prohibited at 13 PH and will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or maintaining more than one account at 13 PH
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC
- Accessing 13 PH from a prohibited jurisdiction
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the platform's intended margin structure in a systematic way that 13 PH determines to be against its commercial interests
- Match fixing, sports manipulation, or any activity involving the use of inside information not publicly available
- Money laundering or using 13 PH to process funds derived from illegal activity
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your 13 PH account to another person
- Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at 13 PH staff or other players
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the 13 PH platform's security or software
13 PH is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. Betting and gaming at 13 PH should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial solution or a source of stress. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
Enable session time reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration. Regular breaks are encouraged and built into the 13 PH responsible gaming framework.
Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion directly from account settings or by contacting 13 PH support. Self-excluded players will not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period.
Request a temporary account suspension for a fixed period (24 hours to 6 months). This cannot be reversed once activated. Your account becomes fully inactive for the duration of the cooling-off period.

All content on the 13 PH platform — including but not limited to the 13 PH logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, data structures, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 13 PH or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the 13 PH platform solely for the purpose of placing bets and playing games as a registered player.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 13 PH content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of 13 PH intellectual property may result in legal action.
13 PH provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain a reliable and accurate platform, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (including network failures, natural disasters, or regulatory changes) may result in temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, 13 PH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, technical errors in odds display, or delays in bet settlement. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of 13 PH shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits 13 PH's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law are not affected by these Terms.
13 PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, underage gambling, duplicate accounts, abusive behavior toward staff, unresolved KYC requirements, or legal/regulatory requirements.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, your remaining balance will be held securely and released following the conclusion of the investigation, provided no policy violations are confirmed. Where a violation is confirmed, 13 PH may retain the relevant balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
You may also close your own 13 PH account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeiture of bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
If you have a concern or complaint about your 13 PH account — including bet settlement outcomes, bonus issues, or payment disputes — you should first contact 13 PH Customer Support via the in-platform chat or at support@13ph.app. Our support team aims to resolve all queries within 24 hours of receipt.
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction within five business days, you may escalate the matter in writing to our disputes resolution team. 13 PH will conduct a full review and provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving the escalated complaint.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines. Both parties agree that the appropriate Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.
13 PH reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect seven (7) days after notification, or immediately upon your continued use of the platform after receiving the notification.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using 13 PH and close your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
